Huzhou Nanxun Yintuo Special Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional supplier of stainless steel seamless pipes, including the production of super austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe and tube and austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe. The stainless steel of these two products is different below. Let me introduce you to the place, if you are interested, please continue reading:

Austenitic stainless steel refers to stainless steel with an austenitic structure at room temperature. When the steel contains about 18% Cr, 8%-25% Ni, and about 0.1% C, it has a stable austenite structure.

Austenitic stainless steel has good production process performance, especially chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel. Conventional methods for producing special steel can be used to smoothly produce various commonly used specifications of plates, tubes, strips, wires, bars, forgings and castings. Due to the high content of alloying elements (especially chromium) and low carbon content, electric arc furnace plus argon oxygen decarburization (AOD) or vacuum deoxygenation decarburization (VOD) methods are often used to mass-produce such stainless steel materials. Bulk products can be smelted in vacuum or non-vacuum non-induction furnace, and electroslag remelting is added when necessary.

Super austenitic stainless steel, like other commonly used Cr-Ni austenitic steels, has good cold and hot workability.

The hot forming of super austenitic stainless steel can be performed at 1000-1150 degrees Celsius. The heat treatment process of the steel is 1100--1150 degrees Celsius, and it is quickly cooled after heating. Although general welding processes can be used for welding, the most appropriate welding methods are manual arc welding and argon tungsten arc welding. When manual arc welding is used to weld plates not larger than 6 mm, the electrode diameter shall not be greater than 2.5 mm; when the plate thickness is greater than 6 mm, the electrode diameter shall be less than 3.2 mm. When heat treatment is required after welding, it can be heated at 1075-1125 degrees Celsius and then quickly cooled for treatment.
